The Stabels

Doyle Properties acquired Gateacre Grange in 2002. The site compromises of 4.5 acres, a large Victorian building and a series of dilapidated outbuildings and stables. After extensive renovation and development the site is now home to 33 units (1-3 bedroom). The extensive grounds have been carefully landscaped to complement the site. Approximately 1000tonnes of sandstone excavated from the site has been used in the landscaping of the grounds. The development is covered by CCTV, with security gates restricting access to residents only.

As the name suggests these were originally the stables and outbuildings for Gateacre Grange. They have been renovated into 5 units (1-3 Bedroom houses) which are accessed via a courtyard.

Gateacre Grange development was recently named Seafarers Drive. All properties at Seafarers Drive are surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds within the gated development. All residents have access to off road parking. Each property is finished to a high standard and can be furnished or unfurnished as required.
