The Garden Apartments

Doyle Properties acquired The Holmstead in 1996. The site compromises of 5 acres, a large Victorian Villa, a Victorian cottage, an Edwardian building and a large outbuilding that was used as a laundry block during its days as a working convent. After extensive renovation and development the site is now home to 36 units (1-3 bedroom apartments and houses) situated in beautiful grounds. The development is covered by CCTV, with security gates restricting access to residents only.

These apartments are situated in the Edwardian building. They have been renovated into 12 units (1 - 3 bedroom houses). All apartments feature high ceilings which give them a great periodic feel.
