The Courtyard

Doyle Properties acquired The Holmstead in 1996. The site compromises of 5 acres, a large Victorian Villa, a Victorian cottage, an Edwardian building and a large outbuilding that was used as a laundry block during its days as a working convent. After extensive renovation and development the site is now home to 36 units (1-3 bedroom apartments and houses) situated in beautiful grounds. The development is covered by CCTV, with security gates restricting access to residents only.

These newly built apartments were built on the footings of laundry outbuilding that was previously on the site. The ground floor 2 bed apartments all have a private garden terrace which leads onto the gardens. The 1st floor duplex apartments are approximately 2000sqm and all have a balcony that overlooks the grounds. They were completed in 2001.

All properties at The Holmstead are surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds within the gated development. All residents have access to off road parking. Each property is finished to a high standard and can be furnished or unfurnished as required.
